Thank you for your kind words about my book. The major treatment center in Arizona is Sierra Tucson. I know they have my book available there (and I've spoken there), though they mainly have their own eclectic mix of treatments. If you feel an inpatient stay is best for you at this time, it's a reasonable choice.

I find myself in the same situation as Julia and I'm struggling to do it on my own. Can you recommend a treatment center in Ontario (Canada) that uses a similar approach?

I purchased your book a few years ago.It is truly the best book I have found about addiction. However, I am seriously struggling with alcohol addiction - and the condition has worsened. Can you please recommend a reputable treatment center in California or Arizona where I may go to stay for more holistic, comprehensive care. I have not been able to do this alone within my daily environment, etc. Thank you very much. Julia M.
